• Immersion in Yogyakarta's environment and culture with Opal Vapour collaborating artists, Paula van Beek and Ria Soemardjo.

• Visiting workshops of Wayang Kulit makers, Batik Textiles makers, Jewelry artist, Leather fashion designer, Dance Costume gallery

• Exploring the moral and spiritual aesthetics of traditional Yogyanese court-dance. Daily training in Yogyakarta Keraton Tari bedhaya or srimpi dances

• Informal Showing of Opal Vapour and inter-arts collaboration workshop at iCAN

• Observing the mystical temples of Java and sensing the spirit atmosphere of ritual places. Movement meditation workshop with Pak Suprapto Suryadarmo at Candi Sukuh.

• Examining the notion of the dancer being both the master and the puppet with rigorous interdisciplinary creative collaboration focusing on editing the final form of Opal Vapour

• Excursions to Candi Prambanan, Candi Borobudur, Pantai Parangtritis, Gunung Merapi, Yogakarta Keraton, Tamansari Water Palace, Surakarta Keraton and Candi Sukuh

• Witnessing the artistic and sacred traditions of Javanese Wayang Kulit theatre. Attending Wayang Kulit performances (sunset to sunrise) in a Yogyakarta villages (kampung)
